Pune, April-2020:
The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) reached out to 280 migrant workers through the distribution of relief kits containing ration for a month, toiletries and hygiene kits. Fr Richard D’Silva along with some volunteers did this distribution in the camp that is specially set-up for the migrant workers in Pune city.

Fr Rolvin D’Mello (Executive Director – DBDS) thanked Manos Unidas, Spain for financially supporting this covid-19 relief operation. The local police authorities went out of their way to facilitate this distribution in a smooth manner. They also assisted DBDS in maintaining social distance and verifying of documents.
