1091 Second Phase of Covid-19 Relief Operations in Pune Continues…. for the stranded migrants

Pune, May-2020: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) in joint collaboration with AXA Business Services is reaching out to 3,000 poor and needy in the slums of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. On the second day of distribution the relief kits were distributed to the migrants residing in the special camp set-up for them. Fr Richard D’Silva along with volunteers successfully executed this task; the police force were extremely helpful during this relief operation.

Fr Rolvin D'Mello (Executive Director – DBDS) speaking on the occasion thanked AXA Business Services for sponsoring this project. During these relief operations social distancing and all the other government compliances were strictly adhered to. Through these relief operations DBDS and AXA is providing ration, toiletries and hygiene kits for the under-privileged categories of the society.
