Mumbai, July-2020: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) distributed cookie-cakes and biscuits to the children in the slums of Wadala, Antop Hill and Sion Koliwada. The main purpose of this distribution is to provide better nutrition to these under-privileged children.

Fr Rolvin D’Mello (Executive Director – DBDS) thanked ‘General Mills Company’ for sending large quantities of cookie cakes and biscuits for distribution in Pune and Mumbai. The distribution of cookie-cakes and biscuits has been happening since the last week of June 2020. The children were simply delighted to receive it and were also grateful.

Since April 2020 DBDS has DIRECTLY touched the lives of more than 1,50,000 poor and needy – providing for their basic needs during this challenging time of Covid-19 pandemic.
