1169 Mask Making Training for Slum Women…. towards sustainable livelihood

Pune, October 2020:
The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) conducted five face-mask making trainings from June to October in Chinchwad and Koregaon Park. 51 women benefited from these trainings conducted under the aegis of the health project financially supported by AXA Business Services.

The participants learnt to make three types of masks: round double-cloth mask, double-plated mask and triple-plated mask. Resource person also took session on business development and management: marketing, costing, budgeting, pricing and branding of products.
