1188 Covid-19 Relief Operations Continue in Mumbai….

Mumbai, November 2020: The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) with the help of various youth volunteers reached-out to another 260 poor and needy families residing in the various slums around Chembur by distributing relief kits containing ration and toiletries. A total number of 20,000 poor and needy in the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat were helped through this relief project.

Fr Rolvin D’Mello (Executive Director – DBDS) thanked Don Bosco Mondo and Conrad Family (Germany) for the financial support. Social distancing and other government compliances were strictly adhered to during this entire process.

Since April 2020 we have touched the lives of 6,34,433 poor and needy – providing for their basic needs during this challenging time of Covid-19 pandemic.
