Vadodara (Gujarat), 13-Dec-2017: Roshni Don Bosco organized meditation classes for slum children in Vadodara from 7th December to 13th December 2017. About 400 children participated in the meditation sessions held under the aegis of ‘Children Education Project’ supported by Manos Unidas, Spain.

The objective of Meditation classes was to help children in controlling their emotions and daily stress. Mrs. Ashwini Natha and her team came to take these sessions. Mrs Ashwini spoke to children and taught them the techniques of meditation and how meditation can help them in their studies and thinking process and in building their personality. The team took two and half hours for each meditation session; aiming to help the children in their holistic development.
