381 TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATED IN VADODARA SLUMS

5-September-2018, Vadodara (Gujarat): The Roshni Don Bosco celebrated ‘Teacher’s Day’ with the children of support classes being run in the slums of Vadodara. The programme was held under the aegis of ‘Education Project’ supported by Manos Unidas (Spain).

The students played the role of teacher, girls came dressed in Saree and boys came dressed in trouser and shirt. These students acted as teacher and taught students. The students underwent the experience of the hard work and responsibility that teachers carry in their work. Students presented greeting cards, flowers and bouquet to their teachers as a mark of respect and expressed their thankfulness and gratitude towards their teachers. Teachers were overwhelmed with the spirit of students.
