15-December-2018, Koregaon Park (Pune): The Don Bosco Development Society (DBDS) organized an interactive session on ‘physiological changes and managing stress’ for the adolescent girls residing in the Rajiv Gandhi Nagar slum in Pune. The workshop was held under the aegis of ‘Women Empowerment Project’ supported by Manos Unidas, Spain.

19 Adolescent girls attended this session. The session was conducted by Miss. Nilima Chandhare (Trainer-DBDS). Ms. Jyoti Sonwane (Staff-DBDS) welcomed the participants and introduced the objectives and scope of activities under this project. Miss Nilima Chandhare covered following topics:

· Physical changes and their stress.
· Psychological and emotional changes.
· Female Reproductive System
· Psychological changes.
· Cleanliness
· Gender equality
· Different aspect of growing stages

Participants asked many questions which were all answered by the resource person.
